AQSIQ recently conducted quality supervision and spot checks on truck tires and pneumatic tire tube products, which showed that the product quality qualification rate was 93.3%.

The spot check on the outer edge size inspection, strength test, durability test, tensile strength, post-aging tensile strength reduction rate, elongation at break, joint strength, rubber pad valve for truck tires and pneumatic tire inner tube products Eight items such as the bond strength of the tire body were examined.

The spot checks involved 51 products (not related to export products) produced by 30 companies in 9 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in Liaoning, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Fujian, Guangdong, Xinjiang, and Ningxia, and the physical product qualification rate was 93. .3%.

Among them, a random inspection of 17 kinds of load biased automobile tires, 100% pass rate of physical quality, 20 kinds of radial load radial, physical quality pass rate of 100%, 14 kinds of pneumatic tire inner tube, the physical quality of qualified rate was 85.7%.

The main quality problems found during the spot check are: the tensile strength of individual pneumatic tire inner tube products is unqualified, and it is prone to rupture when the car is running; the adhesive strength of the individual valve tire rubber pads and the tire casing of the pneumatic tire inner tube product is unqualified.

The products with poor quality in random inspections include the Luohe brand pneumatic tire inner tube produced by Shandong Luohe Group Co., Ltd.

For the main quality problems found in spot checks, the AQSIQ has instructed the quality and technical supervision departments of various localities to strictly follow the laws and regulations of the product quality law and other relevant laws and regulations, and dealt with enterprises that failed the quality inspection during inspections in accordance with the law, and urged enterprises to rectify within a time limit.
